Processing Time
All syrups are made to order. Please allow 3–7 business days for processing before your order ships. Processing times may be extended during high-volume periods or seasonal launches.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Shipping rates and delivery estimates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Delivery times begin after processing is complete and are not guaranteed.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.
Shipping Delays
Lavender & Lenay is not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances beyond our control.
Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may require an additional shipping fee to be resent.
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product. We will review and offer a replacement or resolution as appropriate.
Lavender & Lenay is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once marked as delivered by the carrier.
